Terms and Conditions for Kids Cool Game Truck

To secure your reservation, a valid Credit Card or Debit Card is required in accordance with the Kids Cool Game Truck terms. Please note that there are NO REFUNDS and NO CANCELLATIONS. If you choose to cancel your party within 24 hours of booking, a $30.00 non refundable deposit will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Kids Cool Game Truck is designed for all types of weather conditions, ensuring a comfortable experience with its insulated and climate-controlled theater featuring heat and air conditioning. In the event of severe weather (high winds, flooding, lightning, and extreme heavy rain), we may reserve the right to reschedule your party to guarantee the safety of your guests, our staff, and to adhere to the Kids Cool Game Truck terms. Please note that a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, which falls under our party booking conditions.

You may serve alcohol at your party or event; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or cut your party short if alcohol is abused. Please be aware of the Kids Cool Game Truck terms regarding alcohol consumption. Additionally, drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the KCGT equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics will result in the immediate termination of the party, in accordance with our party booking conditions. Also, note that any non refundable deposit will be forfeited under these circumstances.

Kids Cool Game Truck and its employees are not liable for any property damages that occur when a client requests the theater to be placed in a specific location. Furthermore, under the Kids Cool Game Truck terms, KCGT reserves the right to charge the client's credit card for any damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from careless or intentional actions by any guests. Please note that all party booking conditions include a non refundable deposit.

When the truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most level and flat area to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park on your neighbor's street, so you might want to inform them in advance to avoid any disruptions. Please keep in mind that the game truck will not be parked anywhere that may pose a danger to others, their property, or equipment. Our truck is 55 feet long, and we will need sufficient space to park. Additionally, please be aware of our party booking conditions and the non-refundable deposit required to secure your reservation. Understanding these Kids Cool Game Truck terms will help ensure a smooth experience.

Our primary service area extends within a 20-mile radius from San Jose (95121). For any bookings that fall outside this area, a travel fee will apply based on the distance. As part of the Kids Cool Game Truck terms, we do not allow any food or drinks inside the video game theater. Please ensure your guests consume these items outside of the trailer before entering. According to the Kids Cool Game Truck terms, a parent or responsible adult must be present with children aged 7 years or younger. Please also note our party booking conditions, which include a non-refundable deposit.
