Yes! We bring our own internet connection so guests can play supported online games during the party.
Online gaming can be a great option when friends want to play together, compete against each other, or enjoy games that require an internet connection.
Our setup can accommodate approximately 20–25 players gaming at the same time, depending on the games selected.
Many multiplayer games allow several players to play together through split-screen or multiplayer modes across our different consoles and screens.
For larger events, our game coaches can also help organize rotations so everyone gets plenty of gaming time.
We work hard to keep our game library fresh and exciting. Our catalog is continuously updated with popular and newer titles so your guests have plenty of games to choose from.
If there is a specific game you would like for your event, let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate the request.

They can help guests:
Our goal is to make sure everyone feels comfortable jumping in and having fun.
We typically aim to arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled start time.
This gives our team time to get everything set up so guests can start gaming as close to the scheduled party time as possible.
Our truck and trailer combination is approximately 55 feet long, so we need enough space to safely park and maneuver the setup.
We generally ask the party host to reserve approximately 4–5 parallel parking spaces in front of the home, venue, or event location.
If you're unsure whether your location will work, we're happy to review the space with you before your event.
The party host is responsible for making sure the necessary parking space is available when we arrive.
For a residential party, this generally means making sure enough curb space is available for the truck and trailer.
For events at parks or other public locations, additional permits or parking arrangements may be required.
For safety reasons, we need to park the truck and trailer on a reasonably level surface.
If you're unsure whether your driveway, street, or event location will work, please send us the address or photos of the parking area at accounts@kidscoolgametruck.com before booking. We'll be happy to review it with you.
If the location isn't suitable, we're happy to work with you to find a nearby park or another suitable location when possible.
It depends on the driveway and available space.
Because our truck and trailer are approximately 55 feet long, we need sufficient length, width, clearance, and a reasonably level surface to safely maneuver and park.
If you're considering a driveway, please contact us before booking so we can review the location.
No problem. we'll do our best to find a setup that works.
If there is enough space for the trailer but not enough room for the truck and trailer together, we may be able to unhook the trailer and park the trailer separately.
An $75 unhook trailer fee applies when this special setup is required.
Please note that the trailer still requires adequate space to safely park, and we need to maintain safe access around walkways and the event area.
Yes! We love bringing KidsCoolGameTruck to parks, community events, schools, neighborhood events, and other venues.
The party host is responsible for confirming that the location allows a gaming truck/trailer and for obtaining any required permits or reservations.
The party host is responsible for reserving the park or event space and obtaining any required permits from the park or local authority.
Once you have the location reserved, we're happy to help make sure the truck can safely access and park at the location.

To help keep the gaming area clean and protect the gaming equipment, food and drinks are not permitted inside the trailer.
But don't worry! Guests can easily step outside for a snack or drink and then come back in to continue playing.
We recommend setting up a small food and drink table near the trailer entrance so guests can take breaks whenever they need to.
We recommend booking about one month in advance, especially if you have a specific date and time in mind.
Popular weekends and party times can fill quickly, so booking early gives you the best opportunity to choose your preferred time slot.
Of course, if your party is coming up sooner, you're welcome to contact us and we'll check our availability online.
We'd love to keep the party going!
Additional time may be available if our schedule allows and we don't have another event immediately afterward.
If an extension is possible, additional time will be charged at the applicable rate.
The best option is to ask your game coach or contact us during the event, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
We want everyone to have a great time while treating the equipment and event location with care.
If damage occurs because of a player's actions or negligence, the party host may be responsible for the associated repair or replacement costs, depending on the circumstances.
We'll always communicate with the host about any issue that occurs.
Some games or gaming platforms may offer optional digital purchases.
We recommend that parents and the party host remind players not to make purchases during the event.
If a player makes a purchase, the party host is responsible for the purchase.
We bring the gaming party directly to your location - no arcade rental, no need to transport gaming equipment, and no need to organize multiple gaming stations yourself.
With large screens, multiple gaming consoles, a huge latest game library, internet connectivity, and game coaches to help guests, we handle the gaming experience so you can enjoy the celebration.
No arcade needed — the games come to you! 🎮🚚🎉
We can still host larger events!
For larger groups, we can work with you to organize game rotations, teams, tournaments, or additional gaming activities so guests can stay engaged throughout the event.
If you're planning a large school, corporate, community, or festival event, contact us with your expected guest count and we'll help plan the experience.
