Terms and conditions

A valid Credit Card, Debit Card is required to guarantee your reservation. There are NO REFUNDS/NO CANCELLATIONS. If you decide to cancel within 24 hours of booking your party a $30.00 fee will be assessed and the remaining amount will be refunded.

KidsCoolGameTruck was design for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. In the event of severe weather (high winds, flooding, lightning, and extreme heavy rain we may reserve the right to reschedule your party to guarantee your safety, your guest and our staff.

You may serve alcohol at your party or event; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut your party short when alcohol is been abused. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in/or around the KCGT equipment. Any observed use off illegal narcotics will result in the termination of the party immediately.

KidsCoolGameTruck or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by a client to position the theater in a specific location. Additionally, KCGT reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage  from any of the guest.

When the truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most level and flat area to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park in your neighbors street, so you might want to let them know in advance to avoid disruptions of any kind. Please keep in mind that the game truck will not be parked anywhere that may cause danger to others, their property or equipment. Our truck is 55 feet and we will need space to park.

Our primary service area is a 20 mile radius from San Jose (95121). A travel fee will be added to all parties that falls outside that area depending on how far they are. (Please see menu for pricing)

KidsCoolGameTruck does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theater. Please have your guest consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering,

KidsCoolGameTruck require a parent or responsible adult to be with children 7 years or younger.

Professional photography is not allowed inside the trailer at any time.
